*Please note, due to the nature of our products, and for the safety of our staff, we do not accept returns. *
Returns for A Defective Item: All defects must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note, ToyChest.VIP may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective. Please allow up to 10 business days for your inquiry to be processed.
What if my defective item arrived more than 30 days ago?: After the first initial 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. You can access the manufacturers’ contact information by visiting their websites.
Our Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.
Order Cancellation for A Refund:
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file.
