Instead of a soft, flat, or padded clamp, these have round-tipped, spiked, metal clamps that really bite down on the nipples and areola! Enjoy adding some spice to your pain-and-pleasure play! The metal can be heated or cooled to add as part of a temperature-play scene. To clean, use warm water and mild soap, then rinse with water and pat dry. All metal is nickel-free for sensitive skin.
